Career Planning Workshop begins Tommow at the Mystic & Noank Library

You must register to attend so there is only one day left to call about the Career Planning Workshop at the Mystic & Noank Library. Career Planning Workshop to Assist Unemployed and Underemployed Individuals The Mystic and Noank Library will offer a free series of four career education workshops to assist individuals in the community to find employment. The group will meet for two hours every week for four consecutive weeks, and will learn the process of career education: self-assessment, research of career options, and job search skills (resume writing, interviewing techniques.) Classes will be held the library, 40 Library Street, Mystic, every Tuesday evening from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM starting June 30th for 4 Class size is limited, and registration is required. Mystic Noank Library Summer Concert and Ice Cream Social

The Friends of the Mystic & Noank Library and the Noank Mystic Community Band present an Old Fashioned Ice Cream Social, featuring Mystic Drawbridge Ice Cream, and a band concert on the lawn of the Mystic & Noank Library from 3-5PM on July 19 (Rain date Aug. 2, 3-5PM). No admission is charged. Refreshments will be sold. Bring your chairs and blankets and enjoy the music.
