Despite the overcast skies on June 27, Cows & Cones (above), situated at Alice Acres Farm Market in Gales Ferry, attracted a steady stream of customers.
Cows & Cones, Pete Bargmann’s premium ice cream stand, first opened late last summer and opened for the 2008 season on April 23.
The ice cream stand is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
