This is good news. One thing I don't understand: How is it that Health Director Bowers says they "acted quickly", when he knew about the Uranium in the water more than 2 years ago, and did nothing about it?

I was so sad to hear that Mr. Hershnik died. I had him as a teacher in 8th grade for a little 8 week course. My brother had him as a teacher when he was in 8 grade too. My neihbor has his teacher, his son had him as a teacher, and so did his grand-daughter. I wish his friends and family the best in coping with such hard lose.
