Old Lyme Artist Featured on Public Access Program Watch Old Lyme’s Comcast Cable Public Access Channel 14 at 7pm on the 2nd & 4th Mondays of each month for Conversations, an ongoing public access series. In September, LymeLine.com editor and Conversations host Olwen Logan talks with Kent Winchell, Lyme Art Association member and artist, whose paintings were featured this summer in a one man show at the Old Lyme-Phoebe Griffin Noyes Library. The Conversation with Kent Winchell airs on September 8 and repeats on September 22.
